راهبردهای یادگیری فعال برای تدریس و یادگیری مؤثر ریاضیات

چکیده
یادگیری فرایندی فعالانه است که سه بُعد بارز دارد شناختی، اجتماعی‏، و جسمی‏، و‏، علاوه بر این، یادگیری در همهٔ دانش‌آموزان به یک شکل اتفاق نمی‌افتد. بر این اساس، در این مقاله نتایج مطالعه‌ای را گزارش می‌کنیم که هدف آن درک و توصیف عملکرد معلمانی است که پیش از شروع خدمت رسمی، راهبردهای یادگیری فعال را ضمن کلاس‌های ریاضی خود تجربه کرده‌اند. شرکت‌کنندگان ‎۴۸‎ نفر از معلمان ‎(آیندهٔ)‎ دورهٔ ابتدایی بودند که سه روش تا کردن کاغذ، گردش در نمایشگاه، و ریاضیاتِ مسیر را به عنوان راهبردهای یادگیری فعال تجربه کردند. نتایج مطالعه نشان می‌دهد که این افراد به این تجربیات اهمیت می‌دادند، زیرا این روش‌ها قابلیت پرورش مفاهیم و مهارت‌های گوناگون ریاضی را دارند و شرکت‌کنندگان از طریق آن‌ها، قابلیت‌های شناختی، اجتماعی‏، و جسمی خود را بروز می‌دادند. یادگیری فعال از طریق کار جمعی و‏ مفاهمهٔ ریاضی، امکان ظهور راهبردهای مختلف برای حل تکالیف داده‌شده را فراهم می‌آورد. شرکت‌کنندگان می‌توانستند نظرات، اشتباهات‏، و مشکلات خود و دیگران را در محیطی امن مطرح کرده و از آن‌ها آگاه شوند؛ محیطی که در آن بر تحرک و فعالیت فیزیکی ـــ که معمولاً در کلاس‌های درس ریاضی کمرنگ است ـــ تأکید می‌شد. اگرچه تحقیقات بیشتری برای تأیید این یافته‌ها لازم است، بااین‌حال نتایج این پژوهش، اهمیت استفاده از راهبردهای یادگیری فعال را به عنوان رویکردی قابل‌توجه در تدریس و یادگیری ریاضیات نشان می‌دهد.
